How to Choose a Size and Design

All of Stonehouse Signs’ Patient Room Boards are made to your specifications – that means you select the appropriate size and design for you facility. While our Account Managers can advise you on popular sizes and often-included design items, like pain scales, the ultimate decision is up to you on what will work best for your facility. So before you get started in the process, have an idea in mind of where you want these boards to go, what size will work best in your space, and what design elements you’d like to be included in the board – text, logo, colors, etc.

If you decide to work with a graphic designer to create the original design of your board, great! Send us your artwork as follows and we’ll take it from there. To do so, send us Vector Artwork, either .eps, .ai, or .pdf file extensions with .eps preferred, with all fonts converted to outlines. Or if you need help creating your design we are here to assist you. Cost

Pricing on our Patient Room Boards can depend on a number of factors, and it’s important for us to include these factors in order to create an accurate price quote for you. Primary factors when pricing the cost of your board are: size, quantity needed, if you have artwork or want us to create artwork for you, if you need a tray, and shipping location. Having that information will allow us to price out your whiteboard quickly and accurately, although other factors may also influence the end cost.
